A message from our Founder and CEO

  I am a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience working with Fortune 500 enterprises and small-scale local companies. My projects span a wide range, from $20 million to $15 billion in revenue, with profits ranging from $100 million to $800 million. I started early in my career working with for a specialty contractor as a technical bolter later graduating to a level 3 master multi craft technician. Over the years I entered into operations overseeing natural gas compressor stations in the Houston, TX area where I soon learned commissioning. I quickly picked up the trade not only excelling in this craft but effectively revolutionized the way we commissioned and managed projects, my strategy optimized planning, execution, and start-up bearing zero down time during post start-up. I soon found myself bringing my expertise to other projects under contract with industries like ExxonMobile, Tesla, Kennecott, Arcanum KIK Biolab, Data centers and many more.

 

  I developed Redline Consulting & Management with a mind set to bring a range of services and knowladge to help businesses improve their project execution and optimize target dates and milestones.
